What’s the difference between Group and Private Tours?

Group Tours:
Connect with fellow adventurers on curated Sedona routes.

Private Tours:
Exclusive to your group. Routes are flexible depending on your preferences. Extended tour times are your option.

I never rode a Segway. Can I still ride?

YES ! These NEW Segways are very intuitive and we’ll teach you! You must have good balance and coordination. Be able to stand for 20 minutes at a time.

I never rode an electric bike. How is this different from a regular bike?

You ride our electric bikes 3 ways:

Regular pedaling, no motor assist (boring).
Pedal assisted which means the bike will help you as much or as little as you want.
All throttle, no pedaling. Just Go!

Do I have to have experience riding a scooter?

NO! If you can ride a bike, you can ride a scooter. All throttle!

What are your requirements?

Height: 4'11" - 6'3"

Weight: Segways – 250lbs maximum / 110lbs minimum. E-Bikes – 320lbs maximum. E-Scooters – 320lbs maximum.

Age: Minimum – ebikes 14yrs. Scooters 16yrs

Physical Condition: Ebikes: Be able to ride a regular bicycle.

Our scooters are easy to ride and look really cool. They're self-balancing, so you can focus on enjoying the ride and the views. Glide and ride!

Can I ride if I'm pregnant?

Unfortunately, our insurance does not allow us to provide you with rentals or tours if you are pregnant.

Can I ride on the trails?

NO! The National Forest Service prohibits electric vehicles on any trails.

Payment/Cancellations

- Online self-bookings: If you book online, payment for your reservation will be collected at that time.
- Phone Bookings: To secure your reservation, full payment will be charged to the credit card on file 14 days before your scheduled rental or tour. If you book within 14 days of your rental/tour date, full payment will be collected at the time of booking.
- We provide one-on-one training. However, to ensure your comfort and enjoyment, we recommend confirming that you are comfortable operating our electric vehicles before booking. Factors to consider include your health conditions, comfort level with new technologies, and prior experience with similar vehicles. If you are unsure, please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. Please note that we will not be able to issue a refund if you are unable to ride due to these personal factors, as determined by you and/or our staff. We want to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience, and our team is here to help you make the best decision.
- We will reschedule you or give you a full refund if we determine the weather is unsafe to ride.
- Cancellations made at least 15 days before your scheduled rental/tour will receive a full refund.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your Tour or Rental ending time remains the same.
Later than 30 minutes will result in a possible non-refundable cancellation.
